Delivery Information & Returns Policy for 2JS Detailing
2JS Detailing is committed to getting you the car care products you need quickly and conveniently.
Delivery Information
- Deliveries are made Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on availability and courier service.
- We offer standard delivery and collection options.
Standard Delivery:
- Most in-stock items will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
- You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection at our warehouse if you would like to pick up. (20 Edison Boulevard,Edison Business Park Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng South Africa).
Remote Areas & Unregistered Addresses:
- In some cases, couriers may not be able to deliver to very remote areas or unregistered addresses.
- We will contact you to arrange collection from the nearest safe location if this applies to your order.
Inspection of Goods
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- Report any visible damage to the courier immediately.
- Report any other damage or incorrect items within 48 hours to johan@2js.co.za.
Returns Policy
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened and undamaged items in their original packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
- We recommend keeping the original packaging for potential returns.
- After 7 days, returns are subject to a 10% handling fee and return shipping costs.
- We cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us at johan@2js.co.za to initiate a return.
- We will provide instructions on packaging and shipping the return.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any handling and shipping fees.
